Launch partner needed to amplify our trauma-informed music studio for Nottingham's care-experienced youth.
What You'll Do
Build partnerships with care homes, Virtual School, and charities
Create and edit social media content (YP music features, behind-the-scenes)
Plan Community Workshop Days (10 YPs + guest creatives)
Lead community outreach, fundraising events, and session logistics
Be Niall's right hand — pushing our vision city-wide
Who You Are
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Social media savvy, with video editing experience
Excellent listening and relationship-building skills
Organised and genuinely mission-driven
