Complete our online referral form — it takes around 5 minutes and goes directly to our team.

Your form is sent securely to referrals@onlynotts.co.uk. We review capacity and suitability.

We contact you to discuss the referral and offer a taster session.

Type of offer is agreed and contracts are signed, then sessions begin!

We expect:

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked key carer attendance plus transport provided

Severe crisis-level mental health needs

Those needing immediate clinical intervention

Email is preferred — we review capacity first. No public booking.
